With Christmas around the corner and summer on the way thoughts of parties, BBQ’s with friends & days spent outdoors are very appealing.

To make life simple and to make that wardrobe work hard for you think of a colour scheme to suit the season.

WHITE is a great solution , just add RED, GOLD or SILVER. A pretty white party dress or a white summer sun dress or white casual beach wear works beautifully without even trying, red and gold brighten up Christmas. Just add red or gold shoes, a little hand bag or bold red jewellery.

Choose from exfoliants to moisturizers and of course an excellent tanning mouse. Remember to moisturize beforehand, elbows, ankles and knees to avoid those ugly dark patches. Not only are we supporting an all Australian business but it solves our summer skin care problems.

Last but not least being fit and healthy you’ll enjoy your summer a whole lot more. So get out those scales and work out a plan of exercise and diet to get into shape both mentally and physically. Put aside 2-3 hrs per week of strenuous walking or exercise and cut out some of those unnecessary fattening foods in the diet to help you lose weight.
